Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global edge network using Cloudflare D1 (database), R2 (object storage for attachments), and KV (key-value store). All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext. Email attachments are stored in encrypted R2 buckets.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
The Service uses localStorage and session tokens to maintain your login session. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
5. Third-Party Services
- Cloudflare: hosting, database, object storage, and email routing infrastructure.
- Email delivery providers: third-party APIs (e.g., Resend) for outbound email delivery.
- AI providers: third-party AI APIs for email summarization, reply generation, and translation.

6. Data Retention
Emails are retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual emails at any time. Account deletion requests can be sent to [email protected], after which all associated emails, attachments, and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
