Welcome to WOAIL Mail. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and World AI Link.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. Please review it carefully.

1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to WOAIL Mail, the AI-native email application operated by World AI Link.
• "User" refers to any individual who creates an account or uses the Service.
• "Content" refers to all emails, attachments, and data sent or received through the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and password to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all email activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email.
• Send emails containing illegal, infringing, or malicious content.
• Use the email address for fraud, impersonation, or harassment.
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Service's mail infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Share your account credentials with others or resell email addresses.

4. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to your emails and attachments. By using the Service, you grant WOAIL a limited license to process your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service, including email routing, delivery, and AI-powered features such as summarization, smart replies, and translation.

5. User Representations and Warranties

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to all Content you send, receive, or store through the Service.
• Your use of the Service and all Content comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing email communications, data protection, and intellectual property.
• You will not use the Service to transmit any Content that infringes the intellectual property rights, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• All information you provide during account registration is accurate and complete.

6. AI Processing

The Service uses artificial intelligence to process your emails. AI-generated outputs (summaries, suggested replies, translations) are provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending or relying on it.

7. Free and Paid Plans

The Service offers a free plan with limited features and paid plans (Pro, VIP) with additional capabilities including custom domains and unlimited AI replies. Paid plans are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

8. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

• Automatic renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your account will revert to the free plan at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle, except where required by law.
• Plan changes: Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
• Payment: You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all subscription fees. If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until payment is resolved.
• Price changes: We may adjust subscription fees with at least 30 days' prior notice. You may cancel before the new pricing takes effect to avoid being charged at the new rate.
• Free trial: If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. To avoid charges, cancel before the trial ends.

9. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted email access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We are not liable for lost emails resulting from service disruptions, though we implement reasonable backup and redundancy measures.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Content accuracy: AI-generated summaries, replies, and translations may contain errors. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI output.
• Third-party links: Emails received through the Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
• No virus guarantee: While we implement security measures, we cannot guarantee that the Service or emails transmitted through it are free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for your own virus protection.
• Service interruptions: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
• Merchantability and fitness: We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service's software, design, branding, and underlying code are the intellectual property of World AI Link. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without prior written consent.

12. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you grant WOAIL a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, implement, and commercialize such Feedback without any obligation to compensate you. You represent that you have the right to provide such Feedback and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless World AI Link and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms or your representations and warranties herein.
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
• Content you send, receive, or store through the Service, including spam, phishing, or unlawful material.
• Misuse of the Service or unauthorized access to the Service's infrastructure.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, World AI Link shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or reputational harm. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months, or $50 USD if you have not made any payment.

15. Force Majeure

World AI Link shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms when such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, or acts of God. We will make reasonable efforts to resume service as soon as practicable.

16. Export Compliance

You agree that you will not use the Service in, or export or re-export the Service to, any country, region, or person that is subject to trade sanctions or embargoes imposed by applicable laws. You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any sanctioned country or region, and that you are not on any restricted party list.

17. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, especially provisions related to spam and abuse. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 60 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration. You and WOAIL waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
